Saying what we do at Nacro is simple. We house, we educate, we support, and we speak out for - and with - disadvantaged young people and adults. But it’s how we do it that really makes the difference.

By challenging boundaries, setting agendas, and delivering innovative solutions, we successfully promote social justice and give everyone we deal with the best chance of a second chance. And because it affects their lives, we aim to achieve the highest standards in everything we do.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs.
  • Manage the void process to minimise rent loss and ensure efficient property turnaround.
  • Maintain accurate records using the housing management system.
  • Ensure all housing management activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
  • Provide one-to-one support for occupants to help them sustain their occupancy
  • Develop and review personalised progression plans in collaboration with occupants.
  • Assist occupants in accessing benefits, employment opportunities, and training.
  • Support occupants in managing their finances, including budgeting and debt advice referrals.
  • A Full Driving Licence and own vehicle with Business Insurance is Essential
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
