Job type- Full time, Permanent

Salary - £36,842 - £40,164 (depending on experience)

Hours- 35 per week (+5 hours paid lunch)

Location- Homebased with frequent travel nationwide

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a successful track record of business partnering with a strong HR background, you will be used to a driving results in a mix of strategic and operational work.


You will be joining our people & culture team reporting to our Senior People Partner and work in partnership with management and operational departments and support other People Business Partners to lead change management, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development and project work in a collaborative partnership.

 

Please note, the role holder will be required to travel regularly for team meetings to our head offices in London and Birmingham as well as nationwide travel to support business areas.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A track record as an accomplished Business Partner or equivalent generalist position with impressive transferable skills.
  • Experience of coaching and developing managers to deliver a challenging yet rewarding people agenda.
  • Critical thinking and providing strategic direction to business colleagues.  
  • Flexibility and resilience to match constantly changing needs in a fast-paced organisation.
  • True generalist skill set including, TUPE, employee relations, strategic planning, policy, and development.
