This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of £31,982 Entry with expected progression to £34,421 Established within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. Nacro’s pay framework provides transparent progression points and supports ongoing professional development and career growth

Our supported housing services will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to adults with a history of homelessness and complex support needs. Many of the people we support may experience challenges linked to mental health, substance use, offending history, domestic abuse, social isolation or long-term exclusion from services.
Alongside our mixed services, we will also deliver dedicated women’s services, creating safe, empowering and supportive environments where women can recover, rebuild confidence and move towards independent living.
The service will focus on:
  • Preventing repeat homelessness
  • Supporting people to maintain accommodation
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing and recovery
  • Improving access to health, training and employment
  • Supporting positive move-on outcomes

Team Manager
You will lead and develop the day-to-day delivery of the service, supporting staff teams to provide high-quality, person-centred support across accommodation services.
You will oversee staff supervision, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management and operational performance while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience managing supported housing or homelessness services
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • A commitment to high standards of support and service delivery
