We’re looking for a Housing Systems Delivery & Improvement Manager to lead the optimisation of our new Civica CX system and drive long-term transformation across our housing services. This strategic role will establish a permanent PMO-style function, ensuring system enhancements deliver measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and efficiency. Working closely with the Programme Manager until March 2026, you’ll help embed new ways of working, reduce manual processes, and support our goal of achieving a 13% surplus by 2025/26. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the phased delivery of Civica CX, from implementation through optimisation
- Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with ICT, data migration specialists, and business analysts
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and financial targets
- Support continuous improvement and benefits realisation from year 2 onwards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in housing systems delivery and optimisation (ideally Civica CX).
- Strong PMO, project management, and business analysis skills.
- Experience leading configuration or technical teams.
- Ability to manage change and drive adoption across dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and contract management skills
- Understanding of housing operations, data governance, and system security
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or other reporting
- Ability to translate strategic goals into operational delivery
- Background in housing, justice, or charity.
